Abstract

How should track and field be taught at schools? It should be done in a
way that more and more children would take to this beautiful sport. While in
a professional environment or in sports clubs the emphasis should be pro-
vided the experience of movement in an entertaining and stress-free fashion.
Furthermore, the playful exercises afford a sense of success and improved
self-esteem for a greater number of students. Consequently, the use of differ-
ent instruction methods is suggested at the school and at the practice field.
