Abstract

The appearance of different physical exercise methods (German, Swedish,
Danish) in schools has brought about the formation of varying methodological
practises.
The nature of the education varied in the systems depending on how much it
has considered the individual’s and society’s needs.
The types of education developed towards more effective use of the allocated
time. By using more varied body positions they achieved a more enjoyable and
effective way to exercise. There were noticeable differences in the curriculum
and the use of the necessary aids by considering the structure of the human body
and its physiological limitations. The level of individual development got an
important role in the valuation of the pupil’s achievements.
The lesson was divided into three sections which have ensured the age ap-
propriate preparation, development and winding down of the body.
The physical exercise methods which can be clearly defined in time have
shown improvement with regard to the applied procedures as well.
