The main aim of our research to declair and compare the effects of kajaking
and walking tour in connection with cardiovascular system, amont of perform-
ance and used energy or calories.
Our sample was healthy, trained boys with a good fitness level (from Esz-
terházy Károly College, N=10, age= 19±1.3). They trained walking tour and
kajaking all day, in this period we examined 3 hours long training therm. During
the performance we measured the heart-frequency (hit/60sec), we calculated
spended time in the intensity zone (sec/%), and used energy (kcal).
Our results show the following: during the walking tour was significant
higher heart-frequency (p=0.00001), and was significant higher used energy
(p=0.00009), then during the kajaking activity.
Our conclusion is the following: walking tour, like leasure activity means
higher requirement and developed more the cardiorespiratorical endurance, then
the kajaking leasure sport activity.
