Abstract

Motor tests are an excellent tool for measuring physical fitness and endurance, with precise implementation criteria and a scoring system. By using them, we can get a more accurate overview of the physical condition of our body. Physical fitness is in fact a state of physical well-being, which consists of five components: adequate body composition ratio, muscu loskeletal strength, endurance and flexibility, adequate motor function, cardiovascular endurance and proper metabolic function. Of these, the status of motor performance can be monitored by motor tests, the best known of which are endurance tests. However, a number of factors can affect the accuracy of the results, even in two different tests. Therefore, the aim of our study is to investigate the relationship between the results of two endurance motor tests.
