IMPORTANT OF PLANNING A TEACHING UNIT TO IMPROVE EFFECTIVENESS OF A PHYSICAL EDUCATION LESSON

Abstract

Few school subjects have gone through such shifts of construction, con-
text and attitude like physical education at school. However up to now we
have insufficiency since physical education, training, improvement of fitness
of the youth is far beyond desired.
We try to reveal causes of shortages with the method of historic research.
We thing results of education depend mostly on personality, mentality of the
PE teacher, how much they can win students over to active participation,
needs to do everyday physical activity. A good teacher makes PE lessons,
trainings attractive, his work is systematic, consistent, well planned. An as-
surance for it is professionally made annual syllabus. We would like to call
the attention to a syllabus where a teaching unit is devoted outstanding role.
Variety is gained by content of education, order of forms of physical train-
ings, construction of the lessons, practiced materials.
