Abstract

Stress is a part of our everydays. Management, the manner and efficiency of
both private and work lives are defined. Our goal of the research: a national con-
text to explore the customs and finance and police stress level of teachers colleg-
es, work motivation, work climate, commitment to organization, and the possi-
bility of advancement. We have used questionnaire methods for the data collec-
tion. Our research was happened 5 region (for Customs and Finance Guard) and
for teachers in 4 places. The test sample was created by 603 Customs and
Finance Guard and 112 main teachers. According to the results of the Customs
and finance staff and non-teaching professional staff work-related stress level
you can see a difference here. The professional non-teaching staff are likely to
experience higher stress levels in different working conditions, the different
tasks associated with greater responsibility from. The teaching staff members’
work is less responsibility and consequently, there are less source of stress at
work or task situations arise.
