Abstract

The WHO predicts that in the decade after 2000, the most serious problems
in health are mental disorders, and diseases. Unfortunately, it became a part, but
the stress of everyday life. Both the adults and the children’s lives is very impor-
tant task of learning a variety o f stress management techniques to learn. In this
article the importance and possibility o f application of yoga to call the attention.
