Abstract

In our research, we dealt with the elimination of asymmetries in the rapid force exertion. 13 people participated in our study among first-class adolescent handball girls, and we assessed the force of the knee flexors, knee extensors, and trunk rotation muscles. After the survey, in the case of a deviation of more than 10% between the right and left limb and the right and left side, we performed differentiated work, which the girls performed twice a week as part of the conditioning training. In the case of trunk rotation and knee extensor assessment, there was no difference, while in the case of knee flexor, a significant difference appeared between the right and left leg. Apart from this, we assessed the handball players twice more and created the differentiation of the training based on the current survey. In the case of all three muscle groups, the asymmetry gradually decreased from assessment to assessment, but in the case of the knee flexors, a significant difference was shown between the two limbs throughout.
