The introduction of the daily physical education program was the key measure in public education, which was introduced in a gradual system. The thesis is based on scientific research, which measures the student’s conditioning and coordination skills acquired in primary school grades between 1-4., who were participating in the mandatory daily physical education program. In the study a total number of 201 participants from 5th grade primary school’s students in the capital and rural areas. The measurement of the 5th grade students was completed in September and October; therefore, it showed a clear picture on the mastered conditioning and coordination abilities priorly achieved. During the research, the students had to learn and perform gymnastics exercise series, which was rated on a scale of 1 to 3 based on the quality of execution, and they had to complete an obstacle course with diverse exercises, which required multiple motorskills; all students had two attempts, which was measured by a hand-held stopwatch and the number of errors was also recorded. By comparing the results of the performance of children taught by physical education teachers and children taught by primary teachers, it could be concluded that there was a significant difference between the two measured test group in terms of students’ physical development, in the favour of children taught by physical education teachers.
