SPORT, SPORT EDUCATION AND NON-PROFIT SECTOR

Abstract

Non-profit organizations dealing with sports have a dominant role in sport
education. The operating structure of the non-profit system changes
continuously and its effiviency and importance is growing. The new Sports Act
creates an opportunity for recruitment and selection professionals to do quality
work. The extension of the legislation opens up new perspetives for sport
education and physical activity development in both the professional and
amateur (adult population) fields.
