Attitűdformálás és szociális készségfejlesztés a pedagógusi munkában
Abstract
Attitude formation and Social Skills Development in Education ----- Improving students’ social competences is inevitable in 21st century contexts including educational environments, learners and teachers as well. It is a challenging task in the digital age to form social awareness and alter attitudes, for which special methodology and techniques are essential. The aim of this paper is to provide a brief theoretical framework and to explore possible ways of developing social competences to make teachers more sensitive to social issues and to form their attitudes in a positive way during a workshop session. A fundamental finding of the workshop is that in particular psychological drawing tasks, critical incidents, online videos and case studies can be efficient tools during the process of social awareness and competence development along with the formation of attitudes.
